The Boykin Spaniel is an american dog breed from the spaniel family. It is a popular hunting companion and a family pet. It was discovered in the early 1900s in South Carolina. It is the states national dog and it is so popular that 1 September was declared the Boykin Spaniel day in South Carolina.
