The Kintamani (Kintamani-Bal Dog) is native to the island of Bali (Indonesia). It is very rare outside his homeland. It was developed from the local Bali street dogs. They are very caring and loyal to their master and family. They are great family dogs but can very territorial and aggressive toward other dogs. They get along well with children. They are used as service and watchdogs. Most of all they love water and are excellent swimmers.
