The Smooth Fox Terriers development as a breed is mostly undocumented. This dog has been known as a distinct breed in England since at least the 18th century and the first documented evidence dates from 1790. It is well known, and although not a widely popular breed today. The Smooth Fox Terrier is a highly energetic dog and need a lots of activity. They are also very friendly and don’t mind strangers. Because of their playfulness they are suitable breed for kids. Some of the Fox Terrier's talents include: hunting, tracking, watchdog, agility and performing tricks.
